We have a dedicated, coin-operated laundry room on floor -1. A wash costs just \u20ac4,- and coins can be purchased from

If you are lucky enough to be staying in one of our Lofts or Penthouses you will have your own outside space. Lofts have a private patio and the Penthouses have an impressive rooftop terrace.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our daymakers will bring you fresh towels and bathroom bits every other day. The entire apartment will get a thorough once over every week but
if you would like an extra spruce, that can be arranged for a supplement of \u20ac30,- for Studio or Studio XL rooms, or
\u20ac50,- for all remaining apartment types.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Cityden is a non-smoking property, so smoking is not permitted in the rooms,

It is certainly possible if you are relocating to the Netherlands and staying longer than 14 nights. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 3 business days to set up the document.
