Chef de Partie
Cityden Aparthotels is looking for an enthusiastic chef de partie for Lucia’s restaurant! Can’t you wait to show off your cooking skills? Then this is the job for you!
Lucia’s does not serve any standard dishes in their open kitchen. Our chefs focus on fresh ingredients and comfort food. For our various clientele from the hotels, but also the surrounding area, we offer a divers menu with daily specials. Together with the rest of the team, you ensure that our guests’ plates are well filled with delicious meals.
Responsibilities
- Cooking ofcourse!
- Mise en place;
- Ensuring food safety according to HACCP standards;
- Cleaning the kitchen;
- Thinking of new dishes for the menu.
Who are you?
You make our guests’ taste buds dance and make sure they have a great experience at Lucia’s. whether this is early in the morning at breakfast or during lunch/diner, it doesn’t matter to you. You are always ready to make the guests happy with your cooking skills!
We’re also looking for:
- You have about 1-3 years of experience as a cook;
- Working independently is no problem for you;
- You are open to work morning and evening shifts;
- You speak English fluently, Dutch is an advantage.
What are we looking for?
- You live in or close to Amstelveen or Amsterdam
- Experience within an open kitchen is a plus;
- You speak fluent English, any other language is also a plus;
- You are available during weekends and holidays.
