What will you do?
As a Front Office Daymaker, you are the first face of our hotels. You welcome our guests with a smile, answer all their questions, and ensure their stay runs flawlessly. In addition, you keep an overview of all reservations and administrative tasks, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Responsibilities
You check guests in and out, always with a warm smile.
You are the point of contact for questions, comments, and minor complaints.
You keep reservations and administrative tasks well organized.
You actively think along about how we can make our service even better and more personal.
Who are you?
You are a true Daymaker: a guest-focused professional who knows how to get things done and always has an eye for detail. With your hospitality-driven mindset and energy, you make every guest happy and inspire your colleagues.
What are we looking for?
You live in or near Amsterdam/Amstelveen.
You speak fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
You are presentable, hospitable, and enthusiastic.
You have front office experience or are eager to learn the profession.
What do we offer?
Gross hourly wage starting from €14,91 (for 20+ and this is excluding holiday money and vacation days)
