As an HR Manager you are a vital person for Cityden! There Is never a dull day when It comes to your job. One day you will have 5 new colleagues to look after, while the next you are processing the payroll or organizing one of our awesome parties. You know how to juggle the balls and be a listening ear, shoulder to cry on or person to joke with each and every day.
• Developing and implementing the long-term strategic view regarding HR
• In charge of a yet to form team (Including an HR Intern or HR parttime employee)
• Preparing contracts for the Inflow, mobility and outflow of all Daymakers
• Coordinating onboarding of new Daymakers
• Processing payroll from start until finish of our +/- 110 colleagues
• Administrator of our HR systems Loket and Tamigo
• Recruitment for all positions, Including presenting at career fairs
• Organizing training programs (such as The Talent Program)
• Answering questions from colleagues regarding HR matters
• Tracking personnel budgets
• Weekly meetings with the Head of Operations to discuss HR matters
• You have about +/- 3 years of experience as an HR Officer, preferably In the hospitality Industry
• You have at least 1 year of experience with processing payroll
• You speak, write and read Dutch and English fluently
• You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
• You are able to work Independently
• Knowledge of Tamigo and Loket would be nice
You are that one-of-a-kind person who everybody feels comfortable with, but also gets things done. You are stress resistant and as said above, able to juggle a lot of balls at the same time. You are fun, energetic, approachable but also know how to draw a line when needed. You are ready for that second step In your HR career!

• Money. A monthly gross salary based on your experience
• A contract for either 32, 36 or 40 hours per week
• 25 holidays per calendar year and 8% holiday allowance
