Senior Hotel Manager

As the Senior Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel as well as managing the entire hotel team, including F&B, Front Office and our in-house Housekeeping. Together with the team, you provide the ultimate guest experience and you are always willing to take that extra step. You will report directly to the Head of Operations and you also give your advice to the Management Team of Cityden Group. The Headquarters will assist you with all HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Maintenance related aspects.
Responsibilities
- Managing all departments and delegate tasks to the team supervisors;
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often;
- Optimizing the operational procedures and managing the day-to-day operations;
- Recruit, train, manage and motivate your team;
- Build relations with our hotel guests and our partners;
- Managing budgets and optimize cost control;
- Financial administration of the hotel;
- Purchasing for all departments;
- Quality control of the hotel in terms of facilities and guest rooms
Who are you?
- You are flexible, enthusiastic and representative;
- You live in Amstelveen or surroundings;
- You have a BSN and are allowed to work in The Netherlands;
- You already have Hotel Manager experience (it is a plus if you have worked as Hotel Manager already for at least 5 years);
What are we looking for?
- You live (or are willing to live) in or close to Amsterdam; (Cityden can help you find suitable temporary housing soon if necessary);
- You speak English fluently, Dutch and any other language is a plus;
- You have a hands-on mentality and knows how to lead a team;
- A strong background in hospitality and F&B. You have at least 5 year+ experience in a high level operations role;
- You are available fulltime and flexible to work in the weekends and evenings;

- A salary from scale 9 according to catering collective, based on knowledge and proven experience;
