Night Front Office Daymaker
As a Front Office Night Employee, you are the one who keeps an eye on the hotel during the nightly hours. You are the to-go person for all questions of the guests and the superstar who helps them when necessary.

Front Office Night Employee
As a Front Office Night Employee, you are the one who keeps an eye on the hotel during the nightly hours. You are the to-go person for all questions of the guests and the superstar who helps them when necessary.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Checking in- and out of the guest;
- Answering questions and remarks from our guests;
- Safety checks throughout the hotel;
- Administrative tasks that belong to the front office.
Wie ben jij?
You are a true night owl and come to life when (almost) everyone is in a deep sleep. You don’t mind working all alone and are a responsible and proactive person.
In addition to above, we also have a few other qualities that we are looking for:
- You speak English fluently. Dutch is an pré;
- You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen;
- You are guest orientated, representative and independent;
- You have experience within the front office of a hotel or you have the ambition to learn this;
- You don’t mind working from 23:00 PM till 7:00 AM.

Als Strategisch HR Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de ontwikkeling van de
HR-strategie van Cityden. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Revenue en Reservations.
Als Assistent Hotelmanager ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie in het hotel en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Dit doe je natuurlijk niet alleen maar samen met de hotelmanager, die eindverantwoordelijke is.
Als front Office Medewerker ben je de degene die onze gasten gaat verwelkomen. Dit doe je natuurlijk met jouw beste glimlach en op die manier laat je een goede eerste indruk achter. Verder ben je de go-to persoon voor al hun vragen en opmerkingen en de superster die alle reserveringen ook nog administratief op orde brengt. Je bent dus niet alleen het gezicht van het hotel, maar ook de ogen en de oren!
Als Duty Manager ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie in het hotel en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Dit doe je natuurlijk niet alleen maar samen met de hotelmanager, die eindverantwoordelijke is. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten en behandelt aanvragen, klachten en feedback. Je zorgt ervoor dat het hotel er altijd netjes en representatief uit ziet. Jij weet als geen ander alle ins- en outs van het hotel en communiceert dit op een correcte wijze naar het team en management.
Samen met het team zorg je voor een ultieme gast beleving en jij zet altijd dat extra stapje!
In deze functie ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor alles wat met (preventief) onderhoud en techniek binnen en buiten de hotels en appartementen van Cityden te maken heeft.
Als F&B Medewerker ben je uiteraard verantwoordelijk voor het serveren van onze heerlijke gerechten aan onze gasten, zorgen dat iedereen het naar zijn zin heeft en waar nodig aanbevelingen geven.
