Do your apartments have a bath?

Our modern bathrooms feature a refreshing rainshower that is every bit as relaxing as a bath, but our apartments donʼt have a tub.

Do the apartments have a washing dryer combination?

We have a dedicated, coin-operated laundry room on floor -1. A wash costs just €4,- and coins can be purchased from our Daymakers at the reception desk, who can also help you if you are struggling to get that washing machine to spin!

Do your apartments have a balcony?

If you are lucky enough to be staying in one of our Lofts or Penthouses you will have your own outside space. Lofts have a private patio and the Penthouses have an impressive rooftop terrace.

When will my apartment be cleaned?

Our daymakers will bring you fresh towels and bathroom bits every other day. The entire apartment will get a thorough cleaning once per 8 days but if you would like an extra cleaning, that can be arranged for a supplement of €25,- for Studio, €35,- for Studio XL, € 45,- for 1-Bedroom Apartment, loft or 2-Bedroom and € 75,- for a 2-Bedroom Apartment XL, 3-Bedroom Apartment or Penthouse (XL).

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

Cityden BoLo District is a non-smoking property, so smoking is not permitted in the apartments, on the terraces or patios, or in the nearby park.
