As the duty manager you will be jointly responsible for the daily operation in the hotel and you ensure that everything will run smoothly. You won’t be doing this alone, you will work closely with the hotel manager since he/she has the final responsibility.
Housekeeping

Responsabilités
- Cleaning rooms; making beds, cleaning the bathroom(s) and kitchen and everything else that you can find in our rooms/apartments;
- Keeping the communal areas clean and tidy;
- Making sure all trolleys are fully stocked.
Qui êtes-vous?
- You are flexible, enthusiastic and representative;
- You live in Amstelveen or surroundings;
- You have a BSN and are allowed to work in The Netherlands;
- You already have housekeeping experience (it is a plus if you have worked in Housekeeping already for at least 1 year);
- You are not afraid of physical work.

- You live in Amstelveen or Amsterdam;
- You have experience with serving food and drink;
- Experience within a hotel restaurant is a plus;
- You speak fluent English, any other language is also a plus;
- You are available during weekends and holidays.

Als onze Duty Manager Stagiair(e) zorg jij voor alle gasten zodat zij een geweldig verblijf hebben. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten en behandelt aanvragen, klachten en feedback. Je springt overal bij waar nodig is en helpt bij het inchecken van de gasten. Door jouw gastvrijheid verlaten de gasten Cityden met een lach op hun gezicht.
Als F&B Stagiair(e) ben je verantwoordelijk voor uiteraard het serveren van onze heerlijke gerechten aan onze gasten, zorgen dat iedereen het naar zijn zin heeft en waar nodig aanbevelingen geven. Jij hebt een passie voor eten & drinken en weet dit overtuigend over te brengen!
In deze functie ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor alles wat met (preventief) onderhoud en techniek binnen en buiten de hotels en appartementen van Cityden te maken heeft.

As a Front Office Employee you are the one who will welcome our guests. Of course you will do this with your best smile and that way you will leave an unforgettable first impression. You are the to-go person for the questions of the guests and you are the superstar who also arranges reservations. You are not only the face of the hotel, but also the eyes and ears!
