📍 Cityden Aparthotels | 💰 Salary from €2,600 | 🚀 Work in a dynamic, energetic team
Hey Handy Harry (or Harriet 😉),
Are you known as the go-to problem solver whenever something breaks? Do you enjoy fixing things, resolving malfunctions, and thinking about smarter ways to keep everything running? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for in our Technical Services team at Cityden!
🏙 Who are we?
We are Cityden. With 348 stylish apartments across 3 (soon 5!) aparthotels in and around Amsterdam, we combine hotel service with the comfort of a private apartment. Our guests expect everything to work flawlessly and look great — that’s where you come in. Cityden is growing fast: in 2026 we will open two brand-new locations. How exciting would it be to leave your mark there too?
✔️ Fix technical issues and perform (preventive) maintenance on our buildings and installations.
✔️ Keep everything in and around the apartments in top condition (from lights to elevators).
✔️ Coordinate with external contractors for larger jobs.
✔️ Contribute ideas for smart solutions and improvements.
✔️ Be the go-to contact for colleagues and lend a hand wherever needed.
• You have technical insight and are handy with tools (experience in maintenance or technical work is a big plus).
• You can work independently but value teamwork.
• You are flexible and don’t mind handling urgent tasks.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• A driving license is a plus.
Here, you’re not just “the maintenance person,” but an essential part of our team. Thanks to you, our hotels run seamlessly, giving our guests a worry-free experience. You’ll have the freedom to work independently, but you’re never alone: together with a young and friendly team, you make sure everything is in perfect order. No two days are the same — from a broken lamp to a heating system that needs attention, you handle it all with ease.
Excellente nouvelle! Envoyez votre lettre de motivation et votre CV à notre équipe des ressources humaines et nous vous répondrons dans les plus brefs délais.
