Do your apartments have a balcony?

The apartments donʼt have their own balconies but you can ride the elevator right up to our rooftop terrace for a breath of fresh air with a great view. We are also located right by the ʻAmsterdamse Bosʼ woods.

When will my apartment be cleaned?

Our Daymakers will whip around and get your apartment looking spick and span every week. We also have a laundry room on every floor so you can grab some extra toilet paper, towels or other essentials.

Is the kitchen really fully-equipped?

It sure is! The cupboards are packed full with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and all the pots and pans you might need. Rustle up something quick and easy or take the time to try out a new recipe.

What is the age restriction at Cityden Zuidas?

We welcome even the littlest guests but at least one member of your group should be over 21.

Do I need to bring bed linen with me?

We have everything you need ready and waiting – bed linen, towels, dishwasher tablets, coffee etc. Just rock up andenjoy your trip to Amsterdam. Please note that there is no bed linen for a baby cot in the apartment, so you need to bring this yourself.

Can I register at the Cityden address?

It is certainly possible if you are relocating to the Netherlands and staying longer than 14 nights. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 3 business days to set up the document. We do require the full name and birth date and there is a handling fee of €50,00.

Extra square metres make for a comfy space that is all yours to share with a maximum of three people.

Studio XXL
