What will you do?
As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead an experienced team, bring structure and stability to our processes, and step in hands-on when needed. You’ll also be involved in the construction and setup of our new hotels in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid and Rotterdam — from assembling and managing a new team to optimizing technical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all Maintenance staff
- Report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with the Hotel Managers at each location to keep all apartments in perfect condition
- Ensure materials and supplies are managed properly and liaise with external partners when necessary
- Carry out (preventive) maintenance on hotels and apartments
- Contribute ideas to management on improvements and sustainability initiatives

With years of hands-on experience, you know exactly how to prevent breakdowns and optimize processes. You’re the kind of leader colleagues learn from — whether it’s electrical systems, mechanical work, or sustainable solutions, you’ve seen it all. You’re a stable and experienced manager who rolls up their sleeves when needed and guides the team along the way. You enjoy improving processes and using your craftsmanship to keep our hotels in top condition.
What do we offer?
- A salary starting at €3,200 gross per month (depending on experience)
- A monthly benefit budget of €35 and a €40 learning budget (based on full-time)
