Als Reservations Agent ben jij de telefoon en e-mailheld bij Cityden die ervoor zorgt dat gasten al vooraf helemaal zin krijgen in hun verblijf. Geen telefoontje of e-mail blijft onbeantwoord en jij zorgt via deze kanalen voor de beste pre-arrival service. Daarnaast houd je de kamerprijzen goed in de gaten en ben je altijd bezig met het optimaliseren van de (kamer) omzet. Rapportages, analyses en adviezen horen daar ook bij!

Together with your team, you take care of the wishes of our guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and meetings. You are also responsible for the overall picture in the kitchen. You make sure everything runs smoothly. Throughout the day you have various tasks to ensure the greatest culinary experience for our guests.

Responsabilités
- Responsible for the overall food concept and thinking of new dishes for the menu;
- Recruiting, leading, motivating and coaching the staff;
- Work according to hygiene- and HACCP guidelines;
- Responsible for the stock management and ordering products.
Qui êtes-vous?
You already have some experience in the kitchen and are now ready for the next step where you will be responsible for the team. You are a hard worker and likes to be involved in everything. This way you know what is going on and you know how to motivate your team. As a person you are stress-resistant, independent and you can communicate very well!
In addition to the above, we also have a few other qualities that we are looking for:
- You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen;
- A good team player, able to support and work with the whole team;
- About 2 to 3 years of experience in the kitchen. Such as a sous-chef or chef the partie;
- You have the ambition to grow and are now ready to develop yourself further;
- You speak English fluently. Dutch is an advantage;

Que proposons-nous?
