Reservations Intern
Ring, ring! Who’s there? Hopefully our new Reservations Intern who is ready to learn all about… Reservations and to create unique pre-arrival experiences that will make guest even more excited about their stay.
As a Reservations Intern, you are part of the team that makes guests excited about their upcoming stay. No telephone call or email goes unanswered and you provide the best pre-arrival service via various channels. In addition, you keep a close eye on room rates and are always working on optimising (room) turnover.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming reservations by phone and/or e-mail;
- Answering questions from potential guests/companies;
- Advising the Sales and Revenue Manager by making various reports and analyses.
Who are you?
- You are available 4 – 5 days a week for at least 6 months;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English;
- You are following a hospitality or communication related study.
What are we looking for?
- You preferable live in or around Amsterdam;
- You are a hero in clear communication;
- People describe you as cheerful and optimistic.
