As a Front Office Supervisor, you will lead and motivate our reception team, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional guest service. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of our dynamic hotel team.
As a Front Office Supervisor you are an example for the reception team and the to-go person for the guests and your colleagues. With your proactive attitude you take charge and the initiative when it comes to all the things that are reception related. You will train new employees and you will be the first representative for the guests and your team. You make sure that our guest always get a warm welcome and walk out with a big smile!
Together with the team you provide the ultimate guest experience and you always take that extra step!
Responsabilités
- Check-in and check-out of the guests;
- Answering questions of the guest;
- Complaint handling & and all other additional (administrative) tasks;
- Training, managing and motivating the reception team;
- Dealing with procedure improvements;
Qui êtes-vous?
You ensure that your colleagues and the reception team are always happy and you are aware of everything that’s happening on the floor. You have a strong personality and you don’t mind taking an extra step for your colleagues and the guest. You always have everything in order and with your clear communication the day runs smoothly.
In addition to the above, we also have a few other requirements that we are looking for:
- You are very hospitable, representative and have a great sense of responsibility;
- You have +/- 2 years of experience in the Front Office within the hotel industry;
- You have experience in managing a team or you have the ambition to learn this.

- You live in or close to Amsterdam/Amstelveen;
- You speak English fluently, Dutch is a plus;
- You want to learn and have the ambition to grow.

Als Reservations Agent ben jij de telefoon en e-mailheld bij Cityden die ervoor zorgt dat gasten al vooraf helemaal zin krijgen in hun verblijf. Geen telefoontje of e-mail blijft onbeantwoord en jij zorgt via deze kanalen voor de beste pre-arrival service. Daarnaast houd je de kamerprijzen goed in de gaten en ben je altijd bezig met het optimaliseren van de (kamer) omzet. Rapportages, analyses en adviezen horen daar ook bij!
As the duty manager you will be jointly responsible for the daily operation in the hotel and you ensure that everything will run smoothly. You won’t be doing this alone, you will work closely with the hotel manager since he/she has the final responsibility.
As a (Head) Chef you are fully responsible for the kitchen, and you make sure that the quality is consistent. Together with your team, you take care of the wishes of our guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and meetings. You are also responsible for the overall picture in the kitchen. You make sure everything runs smoothly. Throughout the day you have various tasks to ensure the greatest culinary experience for our guests.
