We are Cityden. With 348 stylish apartments across 3 (soon 5!) aparthotels in and around Amsterdam, we combine hotel service with the comfort of a private apartment. Our guests expect everything to work flawlessly and look great, that’s where you come in. Cityden is growing fast: in 2026 we will open two brand-new locations. Verantwoordelijkheden

Fix technical issues and perform (preventive) maintenance on our buildings and installations.
Keep everything in and around the apartments in top condition (from lights to elevators).
Coordinate with external contractors for larger jobs.
Contribute ideas for smart solutions and improvements.
Be the go-to contact for colleagues and lend a hand wherever needed.

Wie ben jij?

You have technical insight and are handy with tools (experience in maintenance or technical work is a big plus).
You can work independently but value teamwork.
You are flexible and don’t mind handling urgent tasks.
You speak Dutch or English.
A driving license is a plus.

Salary starting from €2600 gross per month (based on a 38-hour work week), depending on your knowledge and experience;
