Maintenance employee
Are you that handy person who is ready to step up our maintenance game each and every day? Than Cityden Aparthotels is your place!
We are looking for that enthusiastic and knowledgeable all-rounder to strengthen our team. In this position you will deal with everything that is linked to (preventive) maintenance and technics in- and outside the hotels and apartments of Cityden.
Responsibilities
- Keeping all E&W installations operational and performing repairs on equipment, furniture, sanitary furniture, services & lighting.
- Doing periodic checks and preventive maintenance
- Plan, oversee and check on maintenance done by external parties
- Ordering materials that you require
Who are you?
You are a handyman and it is a pre if you already gained experience as maintenance employee (in- or outside hotels),
• You have completed a MBO level education within technics
• Working independently is no issue for you
• You are able to improvise and are flexible regarding your scope of work and working hours
• You are representative and social, especially towards our guests
• It is no problem for you to solve errors on the spot, incidentally during evenings or weekends
What are we looking for?
• You live in the surroundings of Amstelveen or Amsterdam
• You speak English and preferably Dutch
• Last but not least; you have a good sense of humor
