We are Cityden. With 348 stylish apartments across 3 (soon 5!) aparthotels in and around Amsterdam, we combine hotel service with the comfort of a private apartment. Our guests expect everything to work flawlessly and look great, thatâs where you come in. Cityden is growing fast: in 2026 we will open two brand-new locations. Responsibilities
- Fix technical issues and perform (preventive) maintenance on our buildings and installations.
- Keep everything in and around the apartments in top condition (from lights to elevators).
- Coordinate with external contractors for larger jobs.
- Contribute ideas for smart solutions and improvements.
- Be the go-to contact for colleagues and lend a hand wherever needed.
Who are you?
- You have technical insight and are handy with tools (experience in maintenance or technical work is a big plus).
- You can work independently but value teamwork.
- You are flexible and donât mind handling urgent tasks.
- You speak Dutch or English.
- A driving license is a plus.

- Salary starting from âŹ2600 gross per month (based on a 38-hour work week), depending on your knowledge and experience;
