As a Junior Sous Chef, you are the link between the Head Chef and the kitchen team. You support the daily kitchen operations, actively contribute ideas for improvements, and are given the opportunity to bring in your own style and creativity. You will work in an open kitchen, where your energy and personality directly contribute to the guest experience.
