Do I get a discount if I stay longer?

You sure do! If you are staying more than 14 nights, send your stay details
to us at reservations@cityden.com and we will get back to you with a
special rate.

What do I get if I book directly through the Cityden website?

You get the best price guaranteed along with a drink on the house, and you will be the first to get a free upgrade when available.

What do you mean by ʻBest rate guaranteeʼ?

When you book on our official website, we guarantee that you get the lowest price out there! And a drink on the house of course.

When will my apartment be cleaned?

Our clean-team will make sure your apartment gleams from the start. After this we’ll be back once a week. If you would like an extra cleaning planned, we can arrange that at an extra cost.

Do you allow smoking at the apartments?

We have a strictly-non-smoking policy in our hotels, that includes all of our apartments, including the balconies and some other outdoor areas.

Do the hotels offer parking facilities?

Yes, all three locations offer parking facilities. Cityden Stadshart and Zuidas have their own parking, they do require a reservation. Cityden BoLo District has a public parking lot right behind the building. Contact Reservations@cityden.com or the front office for more information regarding parking.

Eat & drink

When is your restaurant & bar open?

We are open daily from 07:00 until 23:00. Starting with a healthy breakfast and ending the day with a delicious dinner and bites.

Do you have vegan and vegetarian options?

We sure do! If you canʼt find something to tickle your fancy among the meat-free dishes on our menu, just let our chef know so he can create a vegan or vegetarian version of your favourite dish.

At which locations do you have restaurants?

You can visit a Lucia’s at almost all of our our Cityden locations. Join us at Cityden Stadshart in Amstelveen, Cityden Zuidas in Amsterdam South or Cityden BoLo District in Bos & Lommer.

Is there a breakfast buffet?

Except for Cityden Museumkwartier, we have our full-service Lucia’s Restaurant at all our locations. There is an extensive breakfast buffet at Cityden Zuidas and Cityden Stadshart, whereas Lucia’s at Cityden BoLo District will surprise you with a continental buffet accompanied with a selection of amazing a la carte breakfast items.

What time can I have breakfast?

Breakfast is served between 7:00 and 10:00 but we can figure something out for you after that time too, don’t you worry.

Can I work in the lobby or restaurant?

Sure! We have plenty of seats at the bar and in the restaurant. See our locations Meet & Work pages for more information.

Do the meeting rooms have AV capabilities?

Yep, every meeting room has a screen, speakers and you can present from your own device wirelessly. WiFi is free and lightnin’ fast.

Can I use the hotel facilities during my meeting?

Yes, please make yourself right at home. Make use of all of our facilities at any time during your meeting.

Whatʼs included in the meeting pack?

Everything you may need! Bottomless coffee and tea to fuel a productive day, water to stay fresh and hydrated and plenty of writing materials. We will also have a spread of fruit and snacks ready for you during your break, with both sweet and savoury options so you can choose whether a sugar rush or something healthy and nutritious would be more beneficial.
