Housekeeping
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you take the lead within the housekeeping team. You coach, train, and motivate your colleagues, while also rolling up your sleeves and working alongside them. You maintain oversight of rooms, shifts, and supplies, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This is a truly hands-on role where your leadership skills and practical experience come together.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with cleaning rooms and public areas
- Supporting the Housekeeping Manager
- Performing quality checks on rooms and public areas
- Training, leading, and motivating the housekeeping team
- Managing orders and inventory
- Developing, improving, and implementing processes and procedures
Who are you?
You are a natural leader who keeps a clear overview while actively participating in daily operations. You inspire colleagues and contribute to delivering an unforgettable guest experience. With your clear communication skills and hands-on mentality, every day runs efficiently and smoothly.
- You live in or near Amsterdam/Amstelveen
- You are available full-time (38 hours), including weekends and public holidays
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within a (apartment) hotel
- You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- You are a calm and effective leader, even in busy or high-pressure situations

- Salary starting from €15,21 gross per hour, depending on knowledge and experience
