Do you get energy from solving technical issues, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing daily operations? Then we are looking for you as our new Technical Services Supervisor at Cityden BoLo District!

We are Cityden. With 348 stylish apartments across 3 (soon 5!) aparthotels in and around Amsterdam, we combine the service of a hotel with the comfort of your own apartment.
Cityden is growing rapidly: in 2026, we are opening two new locations. This is a great opportunity to help build our Technical Services department and play an important role in our continued growth!
Responsibilities
✔️ Be the first point of contact for all technical matters at Cityden BoLo District;
✔️ Coordinate daily technical issues, repairs, and maintenance;
✔️ Distribute tasks within the on-site Technical Services team and monitor progress;
✔️ Coordinate with external suppliers and support larger technical projects;
✔️ Identify areas for improvement and discuss them with the Head of Technical Services;
✔️ Get hands-on when needed and make sure the property continues to function smoothly.
Who are you?
• You have a technical background and experience in maintenance, engineering, or building management;
• You enjoy taking responsibility and supporting or guiding colleagues on location;
• You are a strong communicator and can easily switch between colleagues and external suppliers;
• You are flexible, hands-on, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
• You speak Dutch and/or English.
What are we looking for?
As our Technical Services Supervisor, you will be the technical point of contact at BoLo District. You make sure that technical issues and maintenance are handled properly and that the property remains in excellent technical condition.
You will work closely with the Head of Technical Services, who is responsible for the Technical Services department across all Cityden locations. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day technical operations at BoLo District and act as the link between the property, your colleagues, and external suppliers.
