Why Choose an Aparthotel During World Summit AI?

Conference days can be long. Very long.

You might start with breakfast and emails, spend the day at the summit and finish with dinner, networking or a final call with colleagues back home. A traditional hotel room does the sleeping part well. But when you are travelling for business, having some extra space makes a difference.

A serviced apartment in Amsterdam gives you more freedom. At Cityden, your den gives you space to sleep, work and relax, plus your own kitchen.

That means you can make an early breakfast before heading out, prepare a quick meal after the summit, or grab a coffee and get through your inbox without having to leave your apartment.

It is business travel, just with a little more room to breathe.

Stay at Cityden During World Summit AI Amsterdam

Cityden has aparthotels in well-connected locations in Amsterdam and Amstelveen, making them practical bases for business travel in Amsterdam.

Cityden Zuidas

If your trip combines World Summit AI with meetings in Amsterdam’s business district, Cityden Zuidas is a natural choice.

Located south of Amsterdam and close to the Zuidas business district, the aparthotel provides easy access to Amsterdam Zuid and the city’s public transport network.

Your den comes with a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi, while the property also offers a 24-hour reception, gym, sauna, restaurant, laundry room, and meeting space.

Need to answer a few emails before dinner? Get it done. Ready to switch off? Head to Lucia’s Restaurant & Bar or relax in your den.

Cityden Zuidas works particularly well for solo business travellers, colleagues and professionals extending their trip beyond the two summit days.

Cityden Stadshart

Prefer to leave the busiest part of Amsterdam behind at the end of your conference day?

Cityden Stadshart puts you in Amstelveen, with Amsterdam still within easy reach. It is a useful option when you want the facilities of an aparthotel combined with a slightly calmer base.

You will have space to work and unwind, while facilities including a restaurant and bar, gym, sauna and meeting rooms make it easy to combine work with downtime.

The nearby Amsterdamse Bos is also ideal when your brain has had enough AI for one day. Sometimes a walk works better than another screen.

Cityden BoLo District

Want to combine the summit with more of Amsterdam’s neighbourhood life? Cityden BoLo District puts you in Amsterdam-West.

BoLo has a multicultural mix of cafés and restaurants, while nearby transport connections make it easy to explore other parts of Amsterdam.

Cityden BoLo District offers the freedom of a serviced apartment alongside hotel facilities, including a restaurant and bar, gym, and meeting room. It is a good fit if you are turning your World Summit AI visit into a longer short stay in Amsterdam.

Made for Business Travel, Not Just Sleeping

Choosing the right accommodation for a conference is not only about getting from A to B.

You might need to prepare tomorrow’s presentation. Your team might want to discuss what you heard at the summit. Or perhaps you simply want your own dinner and an early night.

Cityden’s apartments give you the flexibility to organise the day around your own schedule. Depending on your chosen location and apartment, you can benefit from:

• A fully equipped kitchen
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Space to work and relax
• Gym and wellness facilities
• On-site restaurants and bars
• Meeting spaces
• 24/7 Daymakers
• Easy access to Amsterdam’s public transport network

Staying a little longer? Cityden accommodates stays from one night up to a year, making it suitable for a two-night conference visit as well as extended projects and long stays in Amsterdam.

Turn Your AI Summit Trip Into an Amsterdam Stay

You are already coming to Amsterdam. Why rush home?

Add an extra night and give yourself time to explore the city without a conference badge around your neck.

Walk along the canals. Visit the Rijksmuseum or Van Gogh Museum. Rent a bike and explore Amsterdam like a local. Or switch off completely with a walk through the Amsterdamse Bos.

Travelling with colleagues? An extra day also gives your team time to process the summit, discuss new ideas, and turn inspiration into an actual plan.

Work first. Amsterdam afterwards. Sounds fair.
